Watching Small One as a child is one of my best memories of Christmas. If I’m remembering correctly I believe my parents bought the vhs for me and I watched and treasured it for years after that year. Over the years I had somehow managed to forget this beautiful gem and that is why I’m so glad that you wrote this article on it to remind me of what I had forgotten. Thanks, Chris! Heh. Yep, this one was pretty dumb. I don’t distinctly remember this episode, because giant birds aside, who would, but it certainly seems in-line with the episodes I do remember. How did we ever turn out half-normal with this brain rot?

I remember this special! When I was just a kid, like 5 or 6, we went through a rough spot as a family, so we didn’t have any TV, but CTV came in great on the air, so I spent a lot of time watching this series!
